At Wildfern Nails by Keeda, we strive to provide high-quality press-on nails and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will be issued only in special cases at our discretion.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If you experience an issue, contact your local postal service for assistance.
Custom Orders
Custom press-on nail sets are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
