Processing & Handling Times
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at wildfernnails.keeda@gmail.com
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier.
